Klyde Warren Park is a 5.2-acre (2.1 ha) public park that
was constructed in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA. Utility construction began in
January 2009 with a ground-making ceremony held on September 14, 2009.The park
opened October 27–28, 2012. The park is open to the public but is operated by
the Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation, which is a private foundation. Unlike
other public or City of Dallas parks Klyde Warren Park has operating hours from
6am - 11pm and rules that patrons must abide by. A list of park rules can be
